Dinner at Homestead

Our Dinner menu changes daily depending on what is at its best, freshest and in season. 

​

In the autumn  & winter the menu will be heavier on meat and game as well as root vegetable and wild mushrooms as this is what we have in season. We will make sure the fire is lit every evening to enjoy the meal in the cosy surroundings.

​

Spring will see the first lamb of the year on the menu with spring greens and locally grown asparagus featuring. Wild seabass and wild garlic will also make appearances.

​

Summer will see a focus on the fish and shellfish, much of it coming locally ,we will also have plenty of locally sourced vegetables and soft fruit such as raspberry's, gooseberry and black currant from our own gardens.
